Christopher McMaster

Christopher D. McMaster is a graduate of Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Upon graduation from Barry University, Attorney McMaster joined the law firm of Nash & Kromash, LLP in 2020 where he has focused his practice on estate, trust and guardianship litigation, estate and tax planning, the administration of trusts and estates, guardianship administration, the establishment of business entities such as limited liability limited partnerships and limited liability companies and the establishment of charitable foundations. Mr. McMaster is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association and is currently the President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Division of the Brevard County Bar Association. Mr. McMaster is also an Associate of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court. In 2024 Mr. McMaster was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America 2024 for work in trust and estates. Outside of the practice of law, Mr. McMaster currently serves as the President of the Brevard County Cattlemen’s Association and as a member of the board for the Brevard Soil and Water Conservation District. When not assisting clients, Mr. McMaster, as a native Floridian, enjoys spending his time outside in nature as well as maintaining his connection to Florida’s long-established cattle industry by day working for cattle ranches in and around Brevard County or tending to his own cattle.
